Booking & Payment Terms

Your booking request to be made in writing and a 50% deposit is required. The balance has to be remitted at-least 60 days to safari commencement.
All the payments should be FREE FROM BANK CHARGES

Cancellation policy

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers are subject to cancellation and No Show fees if cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date.

60 days to 30 days prior to arrival : 30%
29 days to 02 days prior to arrival : 65%
Within 48hrs : 100%

General Information & Condition Of Sales

 General information and conditions of carriage prices, routes, places of interest, destinations, hotels and restaurants are subject to availability and to change

 Tour departure and arrival times are approximate

 Portuguese, German, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian as well as other foreign language guides

are available on request

 All our vehicles are insured substantially for passenger liability

 All tours are subject to a minimum number of passengers

 We also offer self-drive packages, tailor made tours, incentive group tours and conference

packages

 Hotels check in takes from 14h00 and check out before 11h00 in the morning

 Luggage and personal possessions are carried at your own risk

 Please ensure that valuables and travel documents are kept safe at all times

 Cash payments are to be made in South African Rands unless alternative arrangements have

been made

 Full payment is to be made directly to our Guide on the commencement of the tour, unless

otherwise arranged

 For overland tours and extended tours a 50% deposit is required upon booking

 Cancellation fees will be charged on extended tours

 Rates are valid until 30 TH April, 2017

We could requires a copy of your Passport/ Driver License/National Identity and both copies front and

back  sides of  your credit card for any Credit Card sales more than $1000.00  or R.15000.00
